Payment

We accept the following payments: visa, mastercard, Paypal and direct debit. You will be charged once your order has been confirmed and processed.

Shipping

* Currently as my 2 year old daughter has cancer and we are living at the Hospital in Brisbane for treatment - there may be a delay on shipping. Orders will still be posted EXPRESS however I have only charged a fraction of the postage price. Thanks for your understanding.

Processing Orders

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. We hope to process all orders within 48 hours, if an item is currently out of stock we will contact you immediately.

Change submitted orders:

Report a problem with your order:

If your order is missing a product,  contains a damaged item,  or if you have another concern,  please contact us at email/sales)(mygypsychild.com.au

Returns &  exchanges

We stand by our products, however we also want you to be happy with your purchase! In general,  personal skin care product sales are considered final and not subject to return. Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you,  please contact us at email/sales)(mygypsychild.com.au  and we will be happy to assist you.

Should your package arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days from the date you receive your order for replacement items. We recommend using an insured method of shipment, Australia Post Express or Registered Post when returning items. Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and the reason for your return.

Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable on returns unless they result from our error.

In order to register, you need to share some personal information such as your name and email address. You do not have to be a registered user to visit My Gypsy Child’s web pages. But you will have to register if you want to place orders or make full use of our services.
