  • Late payment of accounts will incur a 10% fee for every 7 days over the pay date.
  • Freight will be FOC for all Wholesale orders throughout Australia over $200.
  • All items ordered are packed and packaged as My Gypsy Child products and must be sold in their own packaging.

Warranty

We stand by the products we sell. Rarely infants may react to the natural ingredients we use or the essential oils, we always recommend a patch test first. We do not offer a refund if a customer has an allergic reaction to any of our products. We offer a one month warranty for all My Gypsy Child products sold which are broken or damaged in transit. Please advise your customer to post the item directly back to us at PO Box 7692 Cairns, QLD, 4870 Australia with a note of the date purchased, receipt if possible, your business name and their return address details. In most cases we will replace the product with a new one. We do not cover postage back to us and won't send out replacements until the damaged item has been returned.
